Ministry Teams

Intercessory Prayer—We commit ourselves to seeking the counsel and wisdom of God to lead and guide us as we serve the church and the community. "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14

Alabaster Women’s Ministry—We provide support, fellowship, encouragement, and the opportunity for women to share their life experiences in a safe environment.  As sisters in Christ, we will help to embrace and build each other during challenges in our lives. We are Always Loving Another, Blessing Another Sister, Together Encouraging Relationship (ALABASTER!)

This ministry will allow women the opportunity to empty out their alabaster box of tears, hurt, pain, shame, embarrassment, mistakes, at the feet of Jesus as worship to the Lord.  "And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, and stood at His feet behind Him weeping, and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and anointed them with the fragrant oil."  Luke 7:37,38

JOY Connection—Jesus Occupying You (J.O.Y) is our discipleship training to help build our relationship with God.  Our purpose is to equip the body of Christ through challenging bible study and make life application of biblical principles.  We also utilize the radio broadcast to share the message of Jesus Christ.  When we are disconnected from the source (Jesus) there is no power and we cannot operate as He has called us. "I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete." John 15:11

HOPE Evangelism—As we reach out into the community, we must ensure that the Word of God is properly and effectively communicated.  It is our mission to help other proclaim eternity by giving them hope through Christ Jesus.  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Matt. 28:19

Community Outreach—We go into the community to help, to uplift, and support those who are deprived of basic services for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. “Then they also answer Him, saying ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and did not minister to You?” “Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.” Matthew 25: 44-45

Creative Arts Ministry—Drama and liturgical dancers that worship and praise God with creative arts. "He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers." Exodus 35:35

Mighty Men of God—To lead men into a vital relationship with Jesus, to broader their understanding of the role as the man that God desire of them to be mighty in every area of their lives. Men will be provided the opportunity how to take their place as the leader of their homes and their position in the House of God. This ministry will motivate, inspire, and equip them to practice ministry at home, work, and in the community. “But speaking the truth love into him and all things which is the head even Christ.” Eph. 4:15

Youth MinistryWe strive to create opportunities for our young people to be actively engaged in ministry through worship and serving in the community. “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6  “…but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.  Eph.4:6

Hospitality Ministry—We provide radical hospitality to our guests and members of our congregation. With the spirit of love and joy we want to ensure that you feel welcomed in God's house. "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling." 1 Peter 4: 8-9
