St. James Community Mind & Wellness Initiative

Welcome to our new ministry! As the visionary, it is critically important to care for the soul, body, and MIND to be effective servants of God!

A Holistic Approach to Mental and Behavioral Health

“Nurturing the mind, body, and spirit — one seed at a time.”

At St. James Wellness & Mind Initiative, we believe that wellness extends beyond the walls of the clinic or church. It begins with how we think, live, eat, and connect. Our mission is to promote mental and behavioral health through education, connection, and holistic care — nurturing both the individual and the community.
